Who you'll be working with.
Kersherka
Founder & Artistic Director
Kersh brings over two decades of Bharatanatyam practice and a not-for-profit executive background to every engagement. Her production history spans Sydney, Melbourne, London, Sri Lanka and India. She has performed internationally and led work that has won critical recognition (2× Sydney Fringe Festival 2025) alongside community impact.
Her direction is authentic and depth-focused; her choreography transcends stylistic boundaries and works with all levels — from children to seasoned ensembles. She is a strong advocate for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander rights and brings cultural rigour to every collaboration.
